If  you can’t access an Arden’s Garden store or grocery retailer to pickup your supply of the 2 Day Detox, this is a quick and easy recipe I found online at www.eatdrinkglam.com.  Use this recipe for the first 2 days of the 5 Day Holiday Cleanse:

2 Day Detox Recipe

What you will need:

  •  48 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • 32 oz. fresh orange juice
  • 16 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 160 oz. quality steam-distilled water
  • Empty 1 gal. jug for mixing
  • Funnel (optional)

Cut the ingredients in half and combine liquids to make 2 separate gallons.  Drink one gallon on day one along with water, and the second gallon on day two along with water.
