Sweet Water Creek State Park {Spring Break Camp and Day Trip)
Junior Ranger Day Camp Level I (Deer patch) Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday 9-2pm

This camp is for children ages 6-12 who have not previously been in a Junior Ranger program. This program focuses on attaining the Level I Deer Badge. There will be a nature/history hike to the New Manchester Mill, a live reptile program, and nature-oriented arts and craft projects. Registration is necessary. Fulton County Arts {Spring Break Camp}

The South Fulton Arts Center Spring Break Arts Camp provides quality arts instruction and programming for children ages 5 to 12. This one week session offers curriculum includes dance, music, theater, and visual arts. Pre- and after-care is available at no additional cost.  Ages 5yrs.-12yrs.  Cost is $85  Before care 8:30am-9:00am  After care 3:00pm-6:00pm

Chattahoochee Nature Center {Spring Break Camp and Day Trip}

Spring Break Camp is a 5-day camp experience filled with exciting animal encounters, outdoor play, and educational hikes exploring our 127 acres at CNC! Daily schedules include indoor and outdoor FUN built around spring ecology themes like “Forests-a-bloom” or “Spring Pollinators!” Come see the Chattahoochee River teaming wildlife and hike through our forest abloom with new flowers and bright green leaves. Of course, we’ll have lots of good ole’ camp fun like singing silly songs, laughing at camper skits, creating eco-crafts. This is a GREAT way to try out camp before the summer.

Join us all week long for extra special activities plus bio-buggies, Creature Features, Feeding Times and our 127 acres. All of this is included in General Admission.

·    Compost Bonus Points: Bring us some compost and earn bonus NEX points for trading. Please limit your compost collection to no larger than a grocery sack. Before you bring, research what products can be composted. The better compost collection means more points for you.

·    Unity Garden Scavenger Hunt: Grab a Unity Garden Scavenger Hunt from NEX and then head up the hill to explore our Unity Garden.

·    Seeds and Show: 11:00 – 11:30am Crafts, 11:45am – 12:30pm Film : Join us for seed-inspired crafts followed by a film showing of Hidden Kingdoms, a story of small creatures in a big world.

·    Free Play Garden Planting: 1pm – Join us as we tend the Free Play Garden Area this Spring Break.  We will work on getting our two raised beds ready and planted for the spring; we will prep the soil, plant seedlings, make plant markers, and more.

·    Spring Sidewalk Chalk Art Come on down to the blacktop and show off your art skills! Help give our sidewalks some flair with plant-inspired chalk drawings. We’ll provide the chalk, you provide the art.

Dance 411 {Spring Break Camp}

Our teachers are dance & theater professionals chosen for their knowledge and expertise. Children and teens will learn Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tumbling and a specialty class each week such as arts and crafts and team building skills. Come join us each Friday as the campers put on a mini showcase using the skills they learned and their art and crafts as props and costumes.  Ages 5-14 Fun and Energetic Dance Camp.  Cost is $159 for the full week.  Hours are 9-4pm.  Register online www.kidsdance411.com

Zoo Atlanta {Spring Break Camp and Day Trip)

Campers explore the theme of habitats during Spring Safari Day Camp. Each habitat is unique, offering features some animals need while others don’t. Learn about what makes each habitat special and necessary for its residents.

Children will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore the Zoo, including a diversity of animal exhibits
  • Create daily arts and crafts projects
  • Learn about animals hands-on using pictures and biofacts
  • Meet education animals up-close-and-personal through animal encounters
  • Play fun environmental education games and activities
  • Visit shows, petting zoo, the train and carousel, and exclusive Zoo locations
